Ordering via the Internet

When you find a product you are looking for at Ossan, please click the "Cart" button on the product page and fill in the required information, including shipping address information, on the purchase procedure screen.

We accept orders over the Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, but we only ship products and respond to email inquiries on business days.

About Stock

However, since we share the inventory with our actual store, there is a possibility that the item may be out of stock or sold out after the order is confirmed, depending on the order status and the timing of updating the contents.

In such cases, we will contact you by e-mail or phone as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding in advance.


 


Payment Methods

Credit Card

The following credit cards are accepted.

JCB, VISA, MASTER CARD, Diners, and AMEX are accepted.

All credit card companies accept lump-sum payment.

The total amount to be paid is as follows

Total price of goods (including tax) + shipping charges (including tax) [No handling charge is applied].

If an error occurs during the credit card payment process, we will stop shipping and contact you by e-mail. In such cases, we may not be able to meet the date and time specified.

We use a system called SSL for credit card payment. Please be assured that your credit card number will be encrypted before transmission.

We will replace the receipt with a credit card statement from the credit card company.

Please note that we may not be able to accept credit cards in the name of a person other than the customer.


Bank Transfer

Bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the customer, and the order will be shipped after confirmation of payment.

Please be sure to make payment in the name of the person who placed the order when transferring funds. (There are cases where the payment is made under a different name from the one used for the order. We will take time to confirm your payment, so please be sure to make the correct name.)

If we do not receive your payment within 7 days, we may cancel your order.

If you have paid more than the amount due, we will refund the amount at your expense.


PayPay Online Payment

You can pay with PayPay, a mobile payment service.

PayPay online payment can only be used for "Payments from PayPay balance". (Please charge your PayPay balance in advance before using this service.)

Please confirm the PayPay payment details before placing an order.

Please complete the procedure within 5 minutes after moving to the PayPay online payment procedure screen.

Important: "Payment Completion" and "Order Completion

Even if you have completed the PayPay online payment procedure, your order at the London Shoe Make online store is not yet complete.

After completing the PayPay online payment process, please return to the London Shoe Make online store order process page and proceed to the "Order Completion" page.

If you do not proceed to the "Complete Order" page of the London Shoe Make online store, your order is not complete.


 


Shipping charges

A shipping fee of 660 yen (tax included) will be charged for each order.

If the total amount of your order is 5,000 yen (including tax) or more, shipping will be free.

For orders to Okinawa, a charge of 1,320 yen (including tax) will be added to each order.

If the total order amount is 5,000 yen (including tax) or more, shipping will be 660 yen.



 


Product Delivery

Normally, we aim to ship your order within 3 business days after you place your order, but some items may take longer to be delivered. In such cases, we will contact you by e-mail or phone as soon as possible.

Please note that we do not generally ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

We will send your order by one of the following delivery companies: Sagawa Express, Japan Post, or Eco-Delivery.

Please note that we do not accept your choice of courier company.

Cancellation or change of order

As a rule, we do not accept cancellations or changes after an order has been placed. Please understand that we do not accept cancellations or changes after an order has been placed.

*Because there is no cooling-off provision in the law for mail-order sales, cancellation by cooling-off is not possible.


*If you refuse to receive the product after it has been shipped from our store, or if the product is returned after the delivery company's storage period has passed and you are absent for an extended period of time, we will cancel your order. We regret to inform you that we reserve the right to refuse future orders and returns from customers who have refused to receive an order or have been absent for an extended period of time, even once.


If your credit card has been declined, we may cancel your order if you do not contact us within 3 days of placing your order to change the payment method. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


 


Returns and Exchanges

As soon as you receive your order, please check to make sure that you did not receive something different from what you ordered. Under no circumstances will we accept returns or exchanges without prior notification.


Please contact us within 8 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Please return the product within one week of receiving your return/exchange request.


Please return the items in the same condition in which they were packed when you send them back.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of items that have been worn indoors or outdoors, or that have been damaged, stained, or defective by the customer, such as damage to the sole, heel, or instep, or sweat stains on the sole or inner sole due to trial wear, regardless of whether the item has been worn indoors or outdoors.

We will not accept returns or exchanges of items that have been damaged, soiled, or defective by the customer, such as damaged leather soles or sweat stains on the soles.

Please return the items in the same cushion paper or vinyl bag in which they were sent.

(Please be aware that the item may be damaged or broken during the return process.)

Please note that we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges if tape or slips are attached directly to the package, product box, shoe box, etc. during return shipping to our store, as this will result in damage to the product.


We will not be able to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

If it has been more than 9 days since the product arrived

Products that have been used by the customer

Merchandise that has been soiled or damaged by the customer

Please pay the shipping costs for returning the item to us by prepayment (customer pays).

How to return an item

The refund method differs depending on the payment method of your order.


In the case of credit card payment/Amazon Pay

*The transfer fee for refunds will be borne by the customer.


■In the case of returns due to defective products, incorrect shipment, or damage in transit

We take all possible measures to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that an item is damaged or stained, or if you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, we will refund your money to your bank account.

If you receive an item that is damaged, stained, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 8 days of delivery.

Please contact us within 8 days of delivery and we will exchange the item(s) immediately at our expense.

The product you received is different from the one described on the invoice.

The product is damaged, stained, or scratched.

However, if the product is described on the product page in advance, it is not eligible for exchange.


We apologize for the inconvenience, but please be sure to check the detailed return/exchange instructions in the return/exchange email that we will send you.


If the item is in stock, we will exchange it for the same item. If the item is not in stock, we will refund your money.


In case of refund, we will transfer the money to your designated bank account.

If you do not receive an e-mail from us

We always send order confirmation e-mails, shipping e-mails, inquiry e-mails, etc., but due to errors in your server or e-mail reception settings, etc., we may not be able to send them to you.

If you are using a free email on the web or a provider's spam filter, there is a possibility that our emails are sorted into your spam folder, so please check there as well.
